Pistachio milk dough
Our dough is suitable for the preparation of pistachio milk or granita.
For the preparation of pistachio milk is reccomended to filter the final mixture, while for the preparation of granite not to.
You need about 200gr of dough in order to produce 1 kg of good pistachio granita / milk.
Ingredients: Pistachio (28%), sugar, glucose syrup, invert sugar. Preservative: sorbic acid, flavorings.
